How to submit your request

Please provide the following information in your withdrawal request:

• your full name
• your email address
• your order number
• the date your order was delivered
• the item or items you want to withdraw from
• a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the purchase

What happens next

After you submit your request:

• we’ll review the information provided

• we’ll send confirmation that we received your withdrawal request

• if your request is valid, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps, including return instructions if applicable

Return shipping

Unless applicable law requires otherwise:

• you are responsible for the cost of return shipping

• original shipping charges are non-refundable
