Order Processing

All in-stock orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Custom orders may require up to 10 business days to fulfill.

U.S. Shipping

Free Shipping
Orders over $125 ship free within the Continental U.S.

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders up to $124.99 ship at a flat rate of $5.00–$8.50, calculated by weight at checkout.

Eau de Parfums
Due to their high content of organic cane alcohol, our perfumes are classified as flammable and must ship via Ground service. At this time, they are only available for delivery within the U.S.

Estimated Transit Times

  • USPS First Class: ~3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority: ~1–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Express: 1–2 business days
    (Orders to Alaska & Hawaii may require additional transit time.)

International Shipping

International orders ship via USPS International Mail. Transit times vary by country but typically range from 10–25 business days, depending on local customs and postal services.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight.

  • Please note: First Class International Mail does not include insurance. For safer delivery, we recommend USPS Priority International with insured service.

  • Import duties, VAT, or taxes are not included in our prices and may be required by your country at delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, M.HAINEY cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To provide peace of mind, we’ve partnered with ROUTE order protection, an optional insurance service that covers theft, loss, or damage worldwide. Claims are quick and simple, and we’re happy to help if you need support filing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchase.

  • Perfumes and Hair Oils: Due to their personal nature, these are final sale. We strongly encourage trying a discovery set before purchasing full sizes.

  • Other products: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be received within 21 days in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and any shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Please contact us within 6 hours of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.
